Made of Corten steel, one of the strongest metals available, making them very difficult to force open or break, and since they're steel, they're also not vulnerable to pests like termites — unlike wood structures. The doors close with a sealed bar locking system, and you can add extra security with a padlock. 

Yes. Once the container is paid for and in your possession, you can make any modifications you wish, as it's yours. Caja Grande doesn't perform modifications, but we have trusted contacts who can assist you if you need to prepare or transform your container.

When you rent, you agree to return the container in the same condition it was in when you received it, and you cannot remodel it or move it. When you buy it, however, the container is yours and you can modify and relocate it as you wish.

Our containers are built to last and withstand Puerto Rico's weather conditions, and are delivered sealed and leak-free. Even so, over time, maintenance may be necessary—for example, applying anti-corrosive paint (red rust) to extend the life of the exterior and interior. The level of maintenance largely depends on each customer's preference.

Yes, once the container is paid for and on your property you can paint it however you like — it's part of the modifications you can make to your container.
